What you will do

• Own vacancies end to end, from intake with hiring managers through accepted offers.
• Source senior talent proactively through market mapping, direct outreach, and pipeline building.
• Partner with hiring managers and founders, challenge hiring briefs, and drive alignment.
• Run structured interviews and assess candidates against role competencies and company values.
• Maintain clean, data-driven ATS records, including scorecards, rejection reasons, and pipeline updates.
• Improve recruiting processes, reduce Time to Offer, and strengthen funnel performance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle in-house recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-growing technology or SaaS company.
• Experience closing Senior and Lead roles through direct sourcing rather than only inbound applications or agencies.
• Ability to work with hiring metrics including hires, Time to Offer, funnel conversion, and trial retention, and explain how actions affected them.
• Strong stakeholder-partnership skills, including running intakes, challenging hiring managers, and driving alignment.
• Fast, accountable execution with the ability to identify stalled searches and create an action plan.
• Fluent English and Russian, spoken and written.

Nice to have

• Hiring experience in mobile, the app economy, fintech, or developer tools.
• Hands-on experience with Ashby or another modern ATS, plus AI tools for sourcing and screening.
• Experience hiring across Europe and other remote markets.
