Senior Project Manager EPC (French Speaking)

What you will do

• Lead turn-key EPC battery energy storage projects from contract execution through successful handover to operations.
• Own project delivery against safety, code, schedule, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction requirements.
• Manage engineering reviews, schedules, budgets, resource allocation, safety plans, quality plans, and project risks across multiple project stages.
• Coordinate finance, engineering, procurement, customers, suppliers, EPC partners, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Resolve technical issues, quality issues, snags, and non-conformances, while identifying value-engineering and cost-control opportunities.
• Support contract negotiations, budget and cash-flow forecasting, business improvement initiatives, and executive-level project communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, physics, or another technical discipline.
• At least 5 years of combined experience in project management, construction management, or engineering within the power generation market.
• Business-level English and French language skills.
• At least 3 years of P&L responsibility for equipment supply or turn-key projects.
• More than 1 year of experience managing subcontractor contracts.
• Experience managing a matrix project organization comprising 6 or more functions.
• Valid senior project management certification, such as PMI PgMP or IPMA Level B.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, including presenting ideas clearly to internal and external audiences.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering projects for a utility customer in Ireland.
• Experience in energy storage markets.
• Knowledge of DS3 Services, the Eirgrid Grid Code, and the Single Electricity Market.
