What you will do

• Manage the full project lifecycle of turn-key EPC battery energy storage projects from contract execution through to successful handover.
• Hold P&L responsibility for projects valued at $30M+, ensuring delivery remains within budget and on schedule.
• Lead cross-functional teams (finance, engineering, procurement) to review designs, manage schedules, and implement safety/quality plans.
• Oversee contractors and subcontractors on job sites to ensure adherence to safety guidelines and quality standards.
• Rapidly resolve technical issues and coordinate with partners to close snags and non-conformances.
• Evaluate and optimize construction methods through value-engineering to improve cost-effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, physics, or another technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in project or construction management within the power generation market.
• 3+ years of experience with P&L responsibility delivering equipment supply or turn-key projects.
• Valid Senior Project Management certification (e.g., PMI PgMP, IPMA Level B).
• Business level English language skills are a necessity.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.

Nice to have

• Experience within Energy Storage markets.
• Experience delivering projects to Utility customers in Ireland.
• Knowledge of DS3 Services, Eirgrid Grid Code, and Single Electricity Market (SEM).
