Senior Project Manager (Cleanroom Critical Environment)

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands, with an office base in Haarlem and 3–4 days per week onsite in Delft.

What you will do

• Lead the delivery of a cleanroom critical environment facility project.
• Provide visible onsite leadership, assess progress, and promote safe work practices.
• Coordinate snagging activities with the client, consultants, and contractors, including scheduling and partner engagement.
• Identify project issues proactively and work with stakeholders to resolve them.
• Implement, monitor, and improve project processes and procedures.
• Lead key meetings, communicate project impacts, and collaborate on solutions.

Requirements

• Dutch-speaking required.
• Experience managing projects involving cleanrooms, laboratories, adjacent environments, or office fit-outs.
• Degree or comparable experience in project management or construction.
• Project management professional certification or active pursuit of certification.
• Strong attention to detail, quality focus, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and project teams.
