Assistant Project Manager MEP (Data Centre Construction)

What you will do

• Oversee a portfolio of hyperscale data centre projects in Europe, with a specific focus on commissioning, handover, and operational readiness.
• Manage large-scale construction projects to support delivery on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Monitor day-to-day field activities, information flow, progress, quality, safety, and emerging issues.
• Support handover planning and documentation, and coordinate snagging activities with client, consultant, and contractor teams.
• Implement and monitor project procedures and processes, working with clients on improvements and revisions.
• Lead and attend progress meetings, resolve problems collaboratively, and review proposed variations and delays.

Requirements

• At least 2–3 years of project management experience.
• A degree or comparable experience in project management or a construction discipline.
• Detail-oriented and quality-focused approach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to build strong relationships with teams and clients through openness and a shared purpose.
