Principal Consultant - Product Lifecycle Management (Life Sciences)

Location: Netherlands; other listed locations include Sweden and Germany. Remote work is supported, with hybrid work encouraged for hires within a reasonable commute of an office.

What you will do

• Lead and manage medium-complexity product lifecycle projects, including market authorization transfers, technology transfers, organic growth, divestments, and organizational initiatives.
• Plan, structure, and oversee project activities, milestones, roadmaps, governance deliverables, budgets, forecasts, and revenue or margin impact.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams spanning operations, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, supply chain, finance, and IT.
• Monitor product supply against sales demand, project status, and contract manufacturing organization production plans.
• Identify and resolve project risks, deviations, operational issues, and escalations, including corrective actions and critical decisions.
• Facilitate problem-solving meetings and decision forums, maintain governance tools, and communicate project status to stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in business, science, engineering, or an equivalent field.
• 10–15 years of project management experience in a life-sciences environment.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing communication with clients, sellers, contract manufacturing organizations, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Knowledge of change management and process management.
• Ability to present to stakeholders at all levels, including the C-suite.
• Fluent English, with strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and ownership skills.
