What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end engineering hiring process and workforce planning across various technical teams.
  • Reduce time-to-hire for senior and staff level roles without compromising the quality bar.
  • Develop and execute creative, brand-led attraction campaigns and unconventional hiring events.
  • Design and implement AI and agent-assisted workflows to scale sourcing and screening.
  • Establish and track hiring metrics to identify bottlenecks and optimize the recruitment pipeline.
  • Partner with engineering GMs to define sharp technical specifications and calibrate talent requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of accelerating senior technical hiring while maintaining high quality.
  • Experience reinventing hiring processes from first principles rather than following standard playbooks.
  • Ability to create unconventional attraction routes via employer branding and campaigns.
  • Strong technical calibration skills to effectively evaluate engineering signals.
  • Data-led approach to recruitment, using metrics to drive decision-making.
  • Fluent use of AI tools to optimize recruitment efficiency.

Nice to have

  • Experience in regulated domains such as energy, fintech, or payments.
  • Familiarity with Ashby or similar structured hiring tools.
  • Success in building employer brands that moved the needle on senior hiring.
