What you will do
- Own the end-to-end engineering hiring process and workforce planning across various technical teams.
- Reduce time-to-hire for senior and staff level roles without compromising the quality bar.
- Develop and execute creative, brand-led attraction campaigns and unconventional hiring events.
- Design and implement AI and agent-assisted workflows to scale sourcing and screening.
- Establish and track hiring metrics to identify bottlenecks and optimize the recruitment pipeline.
- Partner with engineering GMs to define sharp technical specifications and calibrate talent requirements.
Requirements
- Proven track record of accelerating senior technical hiring while maintaining high quality.
- Experience reinventing hiring processes from first principles rather than following standard playbooks.
- Ability to create unconventional attraction routes via employer branding and campaigns.
- Strong technical calibration skills to effectively evaluate engineering signals.
- Data-led approach to recruitment, using metrics to drive decision-making.
- Fluent use of AI tools to optimize recruitment efficiency.
Nice to have
- Experience in regulated domains such as energy, fintech, or payments.
- Familiarity with Ashby or similar structured hiring tools.
- Success in building employer brands that moved the needle on senior hiring.
