What you will do

• Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn and creative channels.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and stakeholders.
• Conduct initial candidate screens via Zoom.
• Support senior recruiters with administrative workflows and ATS management.
• Maintain accurate candidate records throughout the hiring process.
• Utilize AI tools to optimize sourcing and screening workflows.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of experience in recruiting (in-house, agency, or RPO).
• Proven sourcing skills across various platforms, especially LinkedIn.
• Experience coordinating interviews in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong on-camera presence and communication skills for candidate screens.
• Excellent written and verbal English proficiency.
• Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude for recruiting tasks.

Nice to have

• Experience in a contract or RPO capacity.
• Familiarity with modern ATS platforms.
• Background in recruiting for tech-enabled or professional services companies.
