What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end global hiring for applications engineering roles across multiple markets.
  • Source and engage high-quality software engineering talent for backend, mobile, desktop, and product engineering.
  • Partner with founding teams and engineering leadership to define hiring strategies and calibrate talent.
  • Assess candidate quality based on technical depth, career progression, and execution signals.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including interview coordination and closing.
  • Optimize recruiting processes to improve candidate experience and hiring quality.

Requirements

  • Proven experience recruiting software engineering talent within technology companies.
  • Strong sourcing and talent mapping capabilities across global markets.
  • Deep understanding of engineering roles, technical stacks, and organizational structures.
  • Ability to identify top-tier talent beyond pedigree or company brand names.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfort operating in fast-moving and ambiguous environments with high ownership.
