What you will do
- Lead end-to-end global hiring for applications engineering roles across multiple markets.
- Source and engage high-quality software engineering talent for backend, mobile, desktop, and product engineering.
- Partner with founding teams and engineering leadership to define hiring strategies and calibrate talent.
- Assess candidate quality based on technical depth, career progression, and execution signals.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including interview coordination and closing.
- Optimize recruiting processes to improve candidate experience and hiring quality.
Requirements
- Proven experience recruiting software engineering talent within technology companies.
- Strong sourcing and talent mapping capabilities across global markets.
- Deep understanding of engineering roles, technical stacks, and organizational structures.
- Ability to identify top-tier talent beyond pedigree or company brand names.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfort operating in fast-moving and ambiguous environments with high ownership.
