What you will do
- Lead the qualitative research team and manage local, regional, and global studies.
- Drive issue-based analyses and deliver proactive insights through consultative storytelling.
- Ensure high quality of data, analysis, and delivery for client reporting and presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through empathetic understanding and consultative advisory.
- Integrate new techniques and technologies into the qualitative research field.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in Qualitative research.
- Practical experience in moderation, running focus groups, ethnography, and in-depth/expert interviews.
- Ability to synergize both quantitative and qualitative research methods.
- Strong research discipline and a result-focused, optimistic mindset.
Nice to have
- Experience or academic studies within Ethnography, Semiotics, Design thinking, or UI/UX.
