Market Research Analyst: Own end-to-end execution of quantitative research projects, from survey design and programming to data analysis, reporting, and insight development with an accent on survey methodology, survey logic/QA, and translating complex findings into actionable business insights. What you will do
- Design quantitative survey questionnaires aligned to research objectives and business questions, applying best practices to reduce bias.
- Program surveys in tools such as Qualtrics or Decipher, implementing advanced logic (piping, branching, quotas, randomization) and performing QA testing.
- Clean and validate survey datasets, code/recode variables, and build crosstab reports to support reporting requirements.
- Execute analysis plans using quantitative methods, identify trends across audience segments, and develop evidence-based insights.
- Create and deliver reports, presentations, and visualizations; incorporate feedback and iterate deliverables as needed.
- Manage project timelines across multiple studies, monitor milestones/risks, and maintain organized documentation and outputs.
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of experience in market research, consumer insights, analytics, or a related field.
- Experience designing and drafting quantitative survey questionnaires.
- Strong survey programming experience with Qualtrics, Decipher, or comparable platforms.
- Proficiency with survey logic (branching, quotas, randomization) and QA testing.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, crosstabs, data cleaning) and experience analyzing large-scale survey datasets.
- Working knowledge of SPSS, R, or similar statistical analysis tools.
Nice to have
- 5–7 years of experience in market research, marketing analytics, consumer insights, or related work.
- Experience with advanced quantitative methodologies (segmentation, regression, data weighting, advanced statistical modeling).
- Background in advertiser, marketing, technology, or digital product research.
- Portfolio/work samples demonstrating survey design, reporting, and analytical capabilities.
