What you will do

  • Oversee the administration, utilization, and maintenance of the CRM platform, ensuring data accuracy and security.
  • Develop local CRM governance, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistent adoption across the commercial team.
  • Design, build, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports by integrating CRM, SAP, and other business data sources.
  • Implement data integration solutions using SQL to consolidate information for effective performance monitoring.
  • Liaise with APAC regional teams to share best practices and align local operations with global strategies.
  • Coach and mentor colleagues to build analytical capabilities and lead multi-stakeholder projects in a matrix environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Force Effectiveness, CRM Management, or business analytics.
  • Proficiency in CRM administration (Salesforce or similar) and ERP systems (SAP).
  • Strong expertise in developing dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar platforms.
  • Experience integrating data from multiple sources using SQL.
  • Proven track record in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills for translating business requirements into analytical solutions.
