TL;DR

Account Manager (SaaS): Managing and growing strategic partnerships within the energy and natural resources sector with an accent on value-based selling and C-suite relationship development. Focus on driving product sales, cross-selling portfolio solutions, and aligning client needs with product roadmaps.

Location: Hybrid: Must be physically present in the London office at least 2 days per week

What you will do

  • Develop a deep understanding of solution values, target sectors, and customer buying cycles.
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders within customer organizations to maximize growth opportunities.
  • Drive sales of products and cross-sell/up-sell other solutions within the portfolio.
  • Proactively manage and grow a client portfolio in alignment with regional priorities.
  • Partner with Product teams to shape development roadmaps and gather competitive intelligence.
  • Manage the business pipeline to ensure accurate sales forecasting.

Requirements

  • Substantial experience in B2B Account Management, preferably in data or SaaS-based solutions.
  • Proven track record in value-based selling and understanding complex customer workflows.
  • Experience developing relationships from C-suite level to end users in complex, global organizations.
  • Strong strategic planning skills balanced with the ability to deliver on short-term targets.
  • Intellectual curiosity towards data analytics and its application in solving business-critical issues.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally.

Nice to have

  • Experience in power, renewables, energy, or natural resources.
