What you will do
- Act as the primary liaison between business teams and the Intelligent Automation team while managing automation demand intake.
- Identify, assess, challenge, and prioritize automation and AI opportunities based on measurable business value.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for automation and AI initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops, process discovery sessions, and opportunity assessments to identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and technical teams to translate business needs into actionable initiatives.
- Develop business cases, ROI calculations, value assessments, and outcome reporting for automation investments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably a Master’s degree, in a relevant field.
- Experience in business analysis and process improvement.
- Experience engaging stakeholders and collaborating across functions.
- Ability to translate business needs into actionable initiatives.
- Experience developing business cases, value assessments, and ROI calculations.
- Experience supporting digital transformation, automation, or AI initiatives.
Nice to have
- Business analysis, Agile, process improvement, or automation-related certifications.
- Experience promoting automation through roadshows, hackathons, or community initiatives.
