Supplier Analyst Hard Services

What you will do

• Administer Hard Services supplier contracts, monitor contractual obligations and service levels, and maintain the contract renewal roadmap.
• Track supplier performance through reporthirify.global, benchmarkhirify.global, reviews, dashboards, and scorecards.
• Manage purchase order matchhirify.global, accruals, invoice disputes, and service-line financial coordination with Finance.
• Support maintenance services, statutory inspections, utilities, ESG reporthirify.global, and lifecycle management.
• Analyse recurrhirify.global technical issues and recommend practical solutions to improve reliability and operational efficiency.
• Monitor ESAT and CSAT indicators and collaborate with stakeholders on service optimisation, cost control, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in facility management, supplier management, or a related environment.
• Solid understandhirify.global of Hard Services, includhirify.global maintenance, statutory inspections, utilities, and compliance management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solvhirify.global, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to assess technical issues and provide clear, practical recommendations.
• Professional proficiency in Dutch, French, and English; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
