TL;DR
Power BI and Analytics Consultant (Power BI/Tableau): Designing trusted analytics solutions, semantic models, dashboards, and standardized business metrics for organizational decision-making with an accent on data visualization, governance, and alignment with modern data platforms. Focus on building reusable reporting outputs, supporting client adoption, and ensuring consistent and explainable analytics for future AI consumption.

Location: Belgium; hybrid work with up to 70% from home. The flex abroad program allows working abroad for up to 45 days.

What you will do

  • Design and build dashboards and reports using Power BI.
  • Model semantic layers and standardized business metrics.
  • Develop analytics solutions, dashboards, analytical views, and data stories that support organizational decision-making.
  • Collaborate with data engineers and architects to align analytics with modern data platforms.
  • Support clients in adopting Power BI-based analytics solutions.
  • Promote best practices in Power BI development and data visualization.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in BI and analytics roles.
  • Proven expertise with Power BI and data visualization.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Professional working proficiency in English and Dutch is required.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of French.
  • Experience with Power BI Service or Power BI Report Server.
  • Experience in a consulting or client-facing environment.
  • Knowledge of data governance or metric standardization.
