IT / Business Analyst

Location: Brussels, Belgium. Temporary assignments abroad may include France, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.

What you will do

• Drive work within project teams and with business stakeholders to understand, document, and deliver business requirements.
• Document information needs, functional requirements, BRDs, functional specifications, and traceability matrices.
• Collaborate with internal, external, business, and technology stakeholders.
• Research, analyze, recommend, and participate in deploying solutions for client problems.
• Present data-driven analyses focused on business benefits and support exceptional client delivery.
• Apply structured approaches, data, metrics, and cross-domain reasoning to solve complex business and technology challenges.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Business Engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience as a consultant.
• Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, autonomy, and problem-solving skills.
• Technical skills in SQL, Python, and relevant business analysis tools.
• Strong interest in the energy sector, data, and AI-related topics.
• Trilingual proficiency in French, Dutch, and English is required.
