What you will do
- Improve the efficiency, usability, and user experience of IT platforms supporting Health Technology Assessment and Joint Clinical Assessment processes.
- Streamline, optimise, and automate the updating of JCA process information across documents, tools, and platforms.
- Support users of the EU survey tool during the scoping phase, including guidance, follow-up, and issue escalation.
- Coordinate dashboard improvements and user testing with business users, IT teams, and other stakeholders.
- Draft and update Standard Operating Procedures, workflow subtasks, user guidance, and periodic reports.
- Manage functional mailboxes, user requests, feedback, business needs, and continuous improvements to digital tools and processes.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience in similar IT process, user support, or workflow improvement tasks.
- Solid technical understanding combined with strong organisational and communication skills.
- Experience or ability to support IT tools, digital workflows, user needs, and functional processes.
- Ability to work with business users, IT teams, and multiple stakeholders in a policy and operational environment.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and service-oriented approach.
Nice to have
- Interest in European Union policy related to food safety and health.
- Interest in learning new IT tools.
- Interest in exploring the use of artificial intelligence in Joint Clinical Assessment activities.
