What you will do

• Lead the Poland QC lab and oversee all coffee sampling operations.
• Conduct sensory evaluations, physical grading, and cupping sessions to assess coffee quality.
• Roast coffee samples according to established protocols and optimize roasting profiles.
• Maintain accurate quality records and documentation within the company database.
• Manage coffee sample inventory, packaging, and timely shipping to customers.
• Act as a key decision-maker in coffee selection and provide feedback to sourcing and sales teams.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of coffee quality and sensory evaluation, including experience with structured cupping.
• Solid understanding of coffee roasting concepts.
• Proficiency in Excel spreadsheets and database management.
• Proficient written and spoken English communication skills.
• Commitment to work from the Wrocław, Poland office full-time (5 days a week).
