What you will do

• Own the end-to-end SKU/article forecasting process across all horizons and domains.
• Act as the central interface between Demand & Inventory, Product/Tech, and business teams.
• Establish and steer KPI-driven performance management to identify and resolve forecast deviations.
• Lead strategic initiatives to standardize and enhance forecasting tools, data flows, and processes.
• Deliver actionable insights that influence business decisions, risks, and opportunities.
• Contribute forecast intelligence to S&OP/E processes and Weekly Business Reviews.

Requirements

• University degree in STEM, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management.
• 5+ years of experience in forecasting roles (demand, sales, SKU, or inbound/outbound).
• Proven track record in applying statistical forecasting models in fast-paced environments like e-commerce or FMCG.
• Proficiency in SQL (intermediate level) and advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a pragmatic approach.
• Ability to present complex ideas simply and effectively.

Nice to have

• Experience with MS Power BI or Tableau.
