What you will do

• Serve as the primary employment law advisor for hirify.global Ireland, supporting manufacturing and RD operations.
• Provide legal support for cross-border employment and labor issues across various European jurisdictions.
• Oversee complex employee relations matters, including workplace investigations into harassment, discrimination, and whistleblowing.
• Lead workforce restructuring initiatives, including individual and collective redundancies and TUPE transfers.
• Manage employment-related disputes, labor court claims, and the execution of legal strategies via external counsel.
• Develop employment policies and deliver legal training to HR and business leaders to prevent risk.

Requirements

• Law degree and qualification as a Solicitor in Ireland, an Israeli qualified attorney, or equivalent EU qualification.
• 6-8+ years of post-qualification experience with a strong focus on employment and labor law.
• Deep expertise in Irish employment law and European labor law frameworks.
• Proven experience managing employment litigation, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
• Ability to influence and work effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in multinational, manufacturing, or technology environments.
• Proficiency in Hebrew language.
• Fluency in an additional European language.
• Familiarity with European Works councils and collective consultation processes.
