What you will do

• Advise business leadership and HR on a wide range of employee relations matters across EMEA.
• Draft and review employment agreements, separation agreements, and corporate policies.
• Manage litigation for employment law disputes and oversee multi-jurisdictional projects.
• Support HR, Sales, Finance, and Compensation teams with legal guidance on variable compensation and internal policies.
• Conduct training for the Human Resources team on labor law compliance.
• Utilize AI technologies to streamline legal workflows and improve business outcomes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of legal experience, including tenure at a top-tier law firm or multinational tech company.
• Must be a qualified lawyer in the UK, France, Spain, Israel, or Ireland.
• Strong expertise in employment law within your home jurisdiction.
• Ability to evaluate risk and provide practical, commercially-driven guidance.
• Fluent in English.
• Proven track record of managing multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
