What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements, including customer sales, channel partner, procurement, and technology licensing contracts.
• Advise business teams on EU and member-state regulatory requirements, GDPR compliance, export controls, and anti-corruption programs.
• Identify and assess legal risks, propose practical solutions, and manage external counsel on disputes.
• Collaborate with senior executives as a strategic partner to develop internal processes and templates.
• Enhance company-wide efficiency and compliance awareness through streamlined legal workflows.

Requirements

• Law degree and qualification to practice law in at least one EU jurisdiction.
• 10+ years of legal experience, including training at a reputable international law firm and in-house experience with a multinational corporation.
• Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven track record advising on commercial transactions, international contracting, and cross-border legal issues.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across various jurisdictions and functions.

Nice to have

• Fluency in German (written and spoken) and experience negotiating agreements under German law.
