TL;DR
Partner Manager (Software Sales): Selling 's data resilience and security portfolio through large channel partners with an accent on recruiting, enabling, and developing VARs, CSPs, and MSPs. Focus on building executive-level relationships and executing territory plans to drive revenue growth in the Spanish virtualization market.
Location: Must be based in Spain (Hybrid: Work from Home combined with face-to-face customer visits in Madrid)

What you will do
- Achieve revenue targets and goals for the assigned territory.
- Develop and execute territory plans with a primary focus on Channel Partners.
- Recruit, train, and enable channel partners.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to close large enterprise deals.
- Perform account mapping and maintain recurrent follow-ups with partners.
- Drive consultative sales results within the virtualization and IT infrastructure market.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of successful sales experience with a channel-focused company.
- Proven track record of selling in the channel.
- Fluent English and Spanish language skills.
- Must be based in Spain (applications from candidates permanently outside Spain may be declined).
- Knowledge of IT storage, compute vendors, and Hyperscalers in the Spanish market.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of virtualization technology and experience with Microsoft.
- Previous experience in software backup channel sales.
