Location: Remote-first, Spain (Madrid preferred)

What you will do

  • Build and scale the Commercial Partners Programme for Southern Europe from 0 to 1.
  • Develop end-to-end strategies for resellers, systems integrators, and consulting firms.
  • Onboard, enable, and activate partners to sell and deliver ElevenLabs products.
  • Design and pilot partner incentive and enablement models.
  • Generate qualified enterprise pipelines through partner-led opportunities.
  • Drive regional growth targets and manage day-to-day partner performance.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience building and scaling in-country SaaS/Cloud solutions.
  • 4+ years of experience owning RSI, GSI, and hyperscaler partnerships.
  • Proven track record of driving joint account planning, co-selling, and revenue.
  • Ability to explain complex, API-driven technical concepts to partners and customers.
  • Builder mindset with experience creating partner motions from scratch.

Nice to have

  • Experience mix of 3-4 years in sales and 3-4 years in partnerships/alliances.
  • Career history including both large corporations and smaller, less established companies.
