Senior Partner Manager (Cloud): Leading the partner strategy and ecosystem development in Spain to accelerate revenue and market expansion with an accent on recruiting high-value partners and executing GTM plans. Focus on scaling the partner network, driving co-selling initiatives, and aligning regional success with global cloud and AI strategies.
Location: Remote (Spain). Must be a native Spanish speaker and able to attend events and face-to-face meetings in Madrid and other European cities.

What you will do
- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-value partners such as system integrators, VARs, and MSPs.
- Develop and execute joint go-to-market (GTM) plans to drive partner-sourced revenue.
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with key partner stakeholders and lead regular business reviews (QBRs).
- Enable partners to effectively position, sell, and deliver cloud and AI solutions.
- Define KPIs and track partner performance to improve lifecycle efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams.
Requirements
- Native Spanish speaker with advanced English level (C1 or higher).
- Proven experience in partnerships, alliances, indirect sales, or business development.
- Experience working within cloud, infrastructure, or enterprise software ecosystems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Ability to attend company-wide face-to-face meetings twice a year and local meetings in Madrid.

- MBA or relevant certifications in cloud or partner management.
