is a fast-growing fintech startup building an AI-powered debt collection platform to automate and optimize invoice recovery for businesses.
What you will do
- Lead the full-cycle sales process for enterprise and mid-market clients in Spain.
- Build the foundational sales playbook, including qualification frameworks and demo structures.
- Partner with SDRs to manage and grow a qualified pipeline.
- Collaborate with the VP of Revenue on pricing strategy and market positioning.
- Provide direct feedback to the product team based on field insights and customer needs.
- Defend ROI cases and navigate complex procurement and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Native Spanish speaker.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in full-cycle SaaS or AI sales.
- Proven track record of closing 5 to 6-figure deals with CFO or Ops-level buyers.
- Experience selling into regulated financial services and navigating compliance-gated cycles.
- Ability to build and defend quantified ROI cases.
- Experience building sales processes from scratch in ambiguous environments.
