What you will do

• Lead the Navigation SDK team, fostering a culture of growth, creativity, and innovation.
• Mentor and develop engineering talent through support and inspiration.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to define and shape the SDK roadmaps.
• Drive strategic objectives to align team efforts with company and product goals.
• Contribute to the vision and evolution of rendering engines and business planning.

Requirements

• 3+ years of engineering management experience leading technical teams of 5+ people.
• 5+ years of professional mobile software development (iOS or Android), specifically developing Mobile SDKs.
• Strong expertise in SDK architecture, API design, and reusable developer platforms.
• English: C1 level minimum required for daily stakeholder communication.

• Knowledge of Maps and Location Technologies, such as GIS systems.
