What you will do

• Lead and inspire two cross-functional engineering teams (11 engineers total) to ensure high-quality and speedy delivery.
• Drive technical direction in close partnership with Technical Leads.
• Hire, develop, and coach engineering talent to foster a culture of ownership and growth.
• Define and refine team processes, roadmaps, and backlogs in collaboration with Product Managers.
• Manage capacity, resources, and risks, proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
• Bridge the gap between engineering and business stakeholders while exploring AI opportunities to raise product value.

Requirements

• Hands-on technical background in Backend, Frontend, or Mobile development.
• Proven experience in people management, including performance management and growth.
• Strong project management skills, focusing on risk analysis and stakeholder communication.
• English: C1+ level required for daily collaboration with English-speaking teams.
• Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Location: Must be based in Ukraine.

Nice to have

• Experience building AI-powered features.
• Familiarity with the company stack: .Net, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular, AWS, Kubernetes, or PostgreSQL.
• Expertise in B2B product development and security best practices.
