What you will do
- Manage and expand a portfolio of enterprise accounts in the assigned territory.
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, and referrals.
- Collaborate with channel, SI, and alliance partners to increase regional footprint.
- Conduct tailored product demonstrations and value-based conversations with IT and business stakeholders.
- Attend customer meetings (virtual and on-site) and industry events to build pipeline and relationships.
- Oversee end-to-end sales cycles, from discovery to negotiation and closing, to exceed revenue targets.
Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience, ideally in IT operations, observability, or security.
- Proven track record of building pipeline and closing complex deals in a high-velocity environment.
- Strong understanding of the Philippine enterprise landscape and experience engaging with C-level stakeholders.
- Passion for technology and ability to translate technical value into business outcomes.
- Track record of working closely with partners and channels to drive results.
- Excellent communication skills and a high level of accountability.
