Location: This role requires you to be based in the Philippines, specifically in Manila, and attend customer meetings both virtually and on-site.

What you will do

  • Manage and expand a portfolio of enterprise accounts in the assigned territory.
  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, and referrals.
  • Collaborate with channel, SI, and alliance partners to increase regional footprint.
  • Conduct tailored product demonstrations and value-based conversations with IT and business stakeholders.
  • Attend customer meetings (virtual and on-site) and industry events to build pipeline and relationships.
  • Oversee end-to-end sales cycles, from discovery to negotiation and closing, to exceed revenue targets.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience, ideally in IT operations, observability, or security.
  • Proven track record of building pipeline and closing complex deals in a high-velocity environment.
  • Strong understanding of the Philippine enterprise landscape and experience engaging with C-level stakeholders.
  • Passion for technology and ability to translate technical value into business outcomes.
  • Track record of working closely with partners and channels to drive results.
  • Excellent communication skills and a high level of accountability.
