What you will do

  • Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts across the assigned territory.
  • Drive new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, and referrals.
  • Partner with channel, SI, and alliance partners to expand hirify.global’ footprint in the region.
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations and value-based conversations to IT and business stakeholders.
  • Attend customer meetings (virtual and on-site) and industry events to build pipeline and relationships.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles from discovery to negotiation and close while exceeding revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the Philippines
  • 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience, ideally in IT operations, observability, or security.
  • Proven success building pipeline and closing complex deals in a high-velocity environment.
  • Strong understanding of the Philippine enterprise landscape and experience engaging with C-level stakeholders.
  • Passion for technology and ability to translate technical value into business outcomes.
  • Track record of working closely with partners and channels to drive results.
