What you will do

  • Own and deliver aggressive revenue targets with a goal to double the business in the Philippines market.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts.
  • Build and maintain C-level relationships across agencies, brands, and key industry partners.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations to drive client success and retention.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine the go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of sales experience in digital advertising, media, SaaS, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets specifically within the Philippines market.
  • Strong professional network across local agencies, advertisers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale business and drive exponential growth (2X or more).
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and C-level stakeholder management skills.
  • Must be located in Manila, Philippines.
