What you will do

• Support the lifecycle of M&A transactions from opportunity identification to post-acquisition integration.
• Conduct industry and competitive analysis to identify acquisition targets and strategic partnerships.
• Build detailed financial models and valuation analyses to support deal evaluations.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, finance, and legal teams for seamless execution.
• Present transaction proposals and recommendations to senior management.
• Develop and maintain relationships with investment banks, advisors, and consultants.

Requirements

• Location: Berlin, Germany
• 1+ years experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, consulting, or related field.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills with experience building complex models.
• Experience with various deal structures including M&A, carve-outs, equity investments, and joint ventures.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams with strong project management skills.
