What you will do

• Own the end-to-end global Order-to-Cash (OTC) process landscape, including design, governance, and continuous improvement.
• Optimize OTC processes and Customer Order Management in partnership with Business Excellence and IT.
• Drive global process harmonization and alignment across regions and senior leadership.
• Manage the global OTC backlog and define KPIs for performance management and user adoption.
• Build and empower a global key user network for collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Support global rollouts through fit-gap analyses, testing, and end-user training.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in SAP-based OTC and Customer Demand Management.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA.
• Expertise in e-invoicing, electronic billing, and digital compliance frameworks.
• Fluent English and required German language proficiency.
• Location: Must be based in Munich, Germany.
