What you will do

• Assist in shaping and executing the company's vision to become Europe's leading investment infrastructure.
• Support international expansion and uncover new business opportunities.
• Manage the organizational strategy, including the OKR process and linking goals to business KPIs.
• Prepare presentations for senior stakeholders and organize executive offsites.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to gain deep insights into products, operations, and the banking ecosystem.

Requirements

• 1–2 prior internships in strategy consulting or high-growth companies.
• Strong analytical skills to break down complex problems into actionable insights.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in cross-functional teams.
• Passion for fintech and the investment industry.
• Available for at least 4 months.
• Must be based in Berlin.
