What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day business operations and serve as the primary point-of-contact for assigned clients.
• Coordinate the delivery of creative works, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to create and present creative and business proposals.
• Develop briefs and research insights to guide the planning and creative process.
• Manage cost estimation and invoicing processes in alignment with global WPP policies.

Requirements

• Academic background in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field.
• 0-1 years of experience in a Marketing or Advertising Agency.
• Strong knowledge of traditional media (TV, Radio, OOH) and digital media platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Must be based in or able to work from the Athens office (Hybrid).
• Proficiency in AdTech, Martech, and emerging digital trends.

Nice to have

• Interest in digital assets and content production.
