Senior Sales Clinical Account Specialist (Electrophysiology)

Location: Maroussi, Athens, Attiki, Greece; Athens-based South Greece region

Base pay: €28,000–€45,310 annually

What you will do

• Provide clinical support to physicians during electrophysiology procedures using Biosense Webster products.
• Drive sales growth by developing new and established specialty accounts.
• Support the optimal use of advanced electrophysiology tools, including the CARTO 3 3D mapping system.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable Biosense Webster products and procedural best practices.
• Organize and deliver clinical training, product demonstrations, workshops, and hands-on sessions.
• Coordinate customer feedback and needs with Marketing, R&D, Regulatory, Customer Service, and other internal teams.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in the interventional cardiology device field.
• Experience in healthcare medical technology is required; cardiac experience is preferred.
• Strong technical understanding, presentation skills, and the ability to learn products and procedures in depth.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder-management skills within the electrophysiology lab.
• Fluent Greek and English are essential.
• High motivation and the ability to succeed in a demanding clinical sales role.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of electrophysiology.
• Experience with account management, solutions selling, sales training, market research, or healthcare trends.
