Call Center Representative (Sales)

What you will do

• Manage sales leads through the platform and oversee the customer journey from initial contact to purchase.
• Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable insurance and energy services.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and promote relevant additional services.
• Handle incoming calls, answer product inquiries, and resolve customer issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High school diploma or bachelor’s degree.
• Fluency in Greek required.
• Comfortable using computers and digital platforms.
• Strong communication skills.
• Team-oriented approach.
