What you will do
- Develop and own the demand generation strategy and budget for the Spanish market.
- Lead multi-channel campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, webinars, and events.
- Manage external paid media agencies, setting strategy and ensuring accountability for performance.
- Analyze market trends and reporting metrics (CPL, conversion, pipeline) to optimize campaign ROI.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations to align growth targets.
- Build and maintain performance dashboards in Salesforce and Looker for leadership visibility.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Proven experience working specifically within the Spanish market.
- Expertise in managing paid media channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads) at a strategic level.
- Experience managing external agencies and vendors.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to shape marketing strategy.
- Must be based in Spain.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
- Experience in high-velocity B2B SaaS environments.
- Knowledge of the Spanish legal industry.
- Experience using generative AI tools for marketing support and workflow efficiency.
