TL;DR

Director of Account Based Marketing (ABM): Leading the strategy, build-out, and performance of ABM disciplines across the B2B portfolio with an accent on intent data, account scoring, and multi-channel orchestration. Focus on architecting ABM frameworks, managing platform implementations like 6Sense/Demandbase, and driving pipeline and revenue through data-driven account strategies.

Location: Must be based in Argentina (Remote/Hybrid/Onsite options available).

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end ABM strategy, including account selection, tiering, and multi-channel orchestration.
  • Architect and manage 6Sense or Demandbase implementations, including predictive analytics and intent data workflows.
  • Partner with B2B account directors to translate GTM plans into executable, unified ABM programs.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across SEO, Paid Media, Creative, and Content teams.
  • Own the ABM measurement framework to tie activities directly to pipeline and revenue.
  • Mentor team members on account-based methodology and platform proficiency.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Argentina.
  • Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing strategy or ABM.
  • Hands-on proficiency with 6Sense, Demandbase, or equivalent ABM/intent data platforms.
  • Strategic knowledge of B2B Martech stacks including Salesforce, Marketo, and HubSpot.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to run multiple client programs concurrently.
