What you will do
- Own end-to-end ABM strategy, including account selection, tiering, and multi-channel orchestration.
- Architect and manage 6Sense or Demandbase implementations, including predictive analytics and intent data integration.
- Translate engagement data into actionable campaign triggers for cross-functional teams including Paid Media, Content, and Email.
- Lead cross-agency collaboration to ensure unified, non-siloed ABM campaigns.
- Present ABM strategy and performance metrics directly to clients, focusing on pipeline and revenue impact.
- Mentor and upskill internal Strategy and ABM team members on account-based methodologies.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing strategy or ABM, either in-house or agency-side.
- Hands-on proficiency with 6Sense, Demandbase, or equivalent ABM/intent data platforms is mandatory.
- Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
- Strategic knowledge of B2B Martech stacks including Salesforce, Marketo, and HubSpot.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to run multiple client programs concurrently.
- Deep understanding of intent data, predictive scoring, and account tiering.
