What you will do

• Implement analog and mixed-signal layouts in nanometer CMOS technologies.
• Work with circuit designers on analog and mixed-signal IC blocks using industry-standard layout and physical verification tools.
• Plan layout schedules and floorplans, assemble top-level IPs and chips, and support tapeout execution.
• Lead layouts for analog top levels and large analog and mixed-signal IPs.
• Supervise local and remote layout resources and train junior layout engineers.

Requirements

• B.Eng, M.Sc in Electronic Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Strong experience with analog and mixed-signal IC blocks, including ADCs, PGAs, DACs, filters, drivers, power management, and clocking circuits.
• Experience with advanced nanometer CMOS layout, physical layout, and physical verification flows.
• Knowledge of multiple voltage-domain layout strategies and high-voltage verification techniques.
• Experience with Cadence Virtuoso Layout-XL and Mentor Graphics Calibre.
• Ability to collaborate with local and remote teams and promote layout best practices.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SKILL scripting, Perl, Python, and Calibre SRVF.
• Knowledge of small digital block place and route.
