What you will do

• Develop new hardware for luxury audio amplifiers and components within a multi-disciplinary team.
• Ensure proper system design and function through detailed schematic analysis.
• Develop test plans and conduct rigorous hardware testing to ensure luxury-class performance and reliability.
• Prepare project reports, design reviews, and technical documentation.
• Drive innovation in audio system design by staying current with industry trends and technological advancements.
• Ensure all designs meet stringent quality, compliance, and performance standards.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the UK (no visa/sponsorship support available).
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in system-level development of high-performance consumer audio systems.
• Proven experience working on discrete analog electronics.
• Proficiency in PCB design using Altium, including EMC and noise best practices.
• Strong ability to debug hardware using test equipment and deep knowledge of audio measurement techniques.

Nice to have

• Experience with serial communication protocols (RS-232, I2C, SPI, I2S, USB).
• Knowledge of high-resolution audio formats and streaming technologies.
• Familiarity with circuit simulation tools like LTSpice or PSpice.
• Experience with EMC compliance and automated test development (Python, C#, Labview).
