What you will do
- Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of Mid Market and Enterprise Account Executives.
- Coach team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and industry-specific expertise.
- Assist the team throughout the sales cycle to acquire and expand five-figure accounts.
- Report regularly on individual and team performance results.
- Identify and implement improvements to sales processes, efficiency, and productivity.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience building and managing high-performing sales teams within a SaaS company.
- Proven track record of achieving 100%+ of quota as both a manager and individual contributor.
- Experience selling to Mid Market and Enterprise level accounts.
- Success in recruiting and developing sales teams from the ground up.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of revenue leadership priorities.
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Dublin, Ireland.
Nice to have
- Experience selling into Financial Services and/or Healthcare industries.
- Experience working with Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) and Global Accounts Programs.
- Previous experience selling directly into sales leadership.
