Focus on recruiting and developing high-performing teams from the ground up and achieving aggressive revenue targets through enterprise account growth.

What you will do

  • Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of Mid Market and Enterprise Account Executives.
  • Coach team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and industry-specific expertise.
  • Assist the team throughout the sales cycle to acquire and expand five-figure accounts.
  • Report regularly on individual and team performance results.
  • Identify and implement improvements to sales processes, efficiency, and productivity.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience building and managing high-performing sales teams within a SaaS company.
  • Proven track record of achieving 100%+ of quota as both a manager and individual contributor.
  • Experience selling to Mid Market and Enterprise level accounts.
  • Success in recruiting and developing sales teams from the ground up.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of revenue leadership priorities.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Dublin, Ireland.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling into Financial Services and/or Healthcare industries.
  • Experience working with Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) and Global Accounts Programs.
  • Previous experience selling directly into sales leadership.
