What you will do
- Design and scale the end-to-end supply chain architecture and supplier network for a multi-brand portfolio.
- Implement demand planning and S&OP disciplines to balance stockout risks and inventory cash flow.
- Manage OEM supplier portfolios, including qualification, commercial negotiation, and dual-sourcing strategies.
- Optimize per-unit landed costs through competitive bidding and routing discipline across shipping partners.
- Establish quality control systems and defect management loops with factories to prevent structural recurrence.
- Build and lead the supply chain team, documenting SOPs and transitioning from lean tooling to ERP systems.
Requirements
- Senior experience owning end-to-end supply chain for DTC/e-commerce, specifically with China OEM and US fulfillment.
- Must be based in China or the GMT+8 region, or have a demonstrated track record of managing on-the-ground China teams with recurring travel.
- Proven strategic planning capability in forecasting, cost structure redesign, and network scaling.
- Deep fluency in China manufacturing commercial mechanics (MOQ, payment terms, freight forwarding).
- Track record of hiring, coaching, and developing other leaders.
- Strong English communication skills (C1 level) for reporting to leadership and coordinating across a global team.
