What you will do

• Manage full accounting cycles and prepare financial statements for multiple legal entities.
• Perform complex intercompany reconciliations, balances, and eliminations.
• Lead financial statement consolidation across various countries and entities.
• Ensure regulatory compliance in Spain and the United States.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and local providers.
• Optimize ERP systems and prepare management reports for leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in international or multi-entity accounting.
• Proficiency in US GAAP and Spanish Accounting Standards (PGC).
• Experience with NetSuite, QuickBooks, or A3 Software.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS, technology, or high-growth international companies.
• CPA, ACCA, or ACA professional qualification.
