What you will do

• Manage daily multi-country payroll for the EMEA region, specifically Spain, Italy, and Germany.
• Streamline global payroll processes to migrate operations onto a single unified platform.
• Reconcile payroll inputs from internal systems (Workday, ZoHo, ZenDesk) and coordinate with local service providers.
• Generate accurate and timely client invoices using various cost reports.
• Mentor and train Associate Payroll & Billing Specialists.
• Act as a primary escalation point for complex payroll and billing inquiries from employees and customers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of payroll experience across multiple countries, with specific expertise in Spain.
• Experience with third-party platforms such as ADP, Workday, or Ceridian.
• Proficiency in local currency to billing currency conversion.
• Experience using ticketing systems like Zendesk or ServiceNow for customer support.
• Excellent command of English language (C1+).
• Degree in Finance, Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline.

Nice to have

• Fluency or professional proficiency in Spanish.
