Accountant (SaaS): Managing day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting for a global subscription-based business with an accent on accounts payable, intercompany reconciliations, and ERP implementation. Focus on scaling accounting processes and integrating new entities into the NetSuite ecosystem.
Location: Hybrid in Budapest, Hungary

What you will do
- Manage accounts payable processes, invoice workflows, and perform bank and balance account reconciliations.
- Handle expense reporting and intercompany invoicing and reconciliations.
- Support month-end close activities and prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages for group entities.
- Coordinate with local service providers to ensure statutory filings are completed on time.
- Contribute to the implementation and optimization of NetSuite ERP.
- Support the integration of newly acquired entities and develop standardized, scalable accounting processes.
Requirements
- Hands-on accounting experience from a similar professional role.
- Must be based in Budapest, Hungary.
- Experience working with digital and scalable accounting solutions.
- English: Excellent communication skills (C1) required.
- Experience with ERP systems.
Nice to have
- Experience with NetSuite ERP.
- German language skills.
