Accountant (SaaS)

What you will do

• Manage accounts payable processes, invoice workflows, and perform bank and balance account reconciliations.
• Handle expense reporting and intercompany invoicing and reconciliations.
• Support month-end close activities and prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages for group entities.
• Coordinate with local service providers to ensure statutory filings are completed on time.
• Contribute to the implementation and optimization of NetSuite ERP.
• Support the integration of newly acquired entities and develop standardized, scalable accounting processes.

Requirements

• Hands-on accounting experience from a similar professional role.
• Must be based in Budapest, Hungary.
• Experience working with digital and scalable accounting solutions.
• English: Excellent communication skills (C1) required.
• Experience with ERP systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite ERP.
• German language skills.
