TL;DR
Senior Accounting Specialist (Finance): Managing core accounting functions including revenue, cost, and general ledger activities with an accent on IFRS compliance and financial reporting. Focus on driving AI-powered process improvements, automating manual workflows, and supporting cross-functional finance projects like CAPEX analysis and tax forecasting.

Location: Hybrid (Vilnius, Kaunas) or Remote (Global)

Salary: Gross from 4,300 EUR/month

What you will do

  • Manage revenue and cost accounting, general ledger activities, and fixed asset accounting.
  • Drive AI-powered process improvements by automating manual workflows and ensuring quality of AI outputs.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports to support business decision-making.
  • Support cross-functional projects, including CAPEX analyses, tax forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Design and optimize finance processes for payments, invoice approvals, and reimbursements.
  • Develop and enhance accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.

Requirements

  • University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a finance or controlling function.
  • Knowledge of IFRS or the ability to research and apply it effectively.
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
