What you will do
- Architect and implement AI and machine learning solutions that improve IT operational efficiency, resilience, and proactive system optimization.
- Develop scalable predictive analytics platforms and deploy models for automated incident resolution and operational intelligence.
- Build big data analytics systems and interactive dashboards for actionable insights, real-time monitoring, and trend analysis.
- Identify and implement robotic process automation solutions to streamline repetitive workflows.
- Define data strategies and integrate AI, analytics, and RPA solutions with backend, infrastructure, operations, and finance teams.
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders while adapting to changing priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, plus 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in at least two programming languages or frameworks, such as Python with Django, PHP with Laravel, or LangGraph.
- Experience with data preparation, model training, big data analytics, Kafka, Anaconda, and Jupyter Lab.
- Strong knowledge of advanced AI and machine learning, including LLM fine-tuning, reinforcement learning, generative AI frameworks, RAG, and vector databases.
- Hands-on experience with RPA, relational and NoSQL databases, SQL, Git, Agile, CI/CD, cloud platforms, and Docker.
- Experience with AIOps model deployment, monitoring, and automated retraining using tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or Vertex AI, along with strong analytical and communication skills.
