What you will do
- Design, develop, test, and maintain complex web applications, APIs, and integration points.
- Build new application features with cross-functional teams and support existing systems.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, including unit tests.
- Troubleshoot production issues, debug systems, and improve software quality and development efficiency.
- Support project timelines, deliverables, technical documentation, and ongoing technology improvements.
- Apply AI technologies and tools to improve product development, software engineering, and workflow efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a software engineer.
- Proficiency in at least two backend technologies: PHP with Laravel, Python, C#, or VB.NET.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one frontend framework: React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience with databases, Git, Agile/Scrum, AWS, and containerization technologies such as Docker, Podman, or Kubernetes.
- Hands-on AI proficiency is required, including the ability to use AI technologies to improve engineering and product workflows.
Nice to have
- Experience with stakeholder requirements, socket-based network applications, payment gateway integrations, or AI-powered web and mobile features.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or Cursor.
- Ability to automate business processes and improve productivity using AI.
