Senior AIOps Engineer (AI/ML)

What you will do

• Architect and implement AI/ML algorithms to improve IT operational efficiency, resilience, and proactive system optimization.
• Develop scalable AI platforms for predictive analytics, automated incident resolution, and operational intelligence.
• Build big data analytics systems and interactive dashboards for actionable insights and real-time monitoring.
• Identify and implement RPA solutions to automate repetitive tasks and streamline workflows.
• Integrate AI, data analytics, and RPA across backend, infrastructure, operational, and finance teams.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders while managing multiple evolving priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in at least two programming languages or frameworks, such as Python with Django, PHP with Laravel, or LangGraph.
• Experience with data preparation, model training, big data analytics, Kafka, Anaconda, and Jupyter Lab.
• Strong knowledge of advanced AI/ML techniques, including LLM fine-tuning, reinforcement learning, generative AI, Hugging Face Transformers, and LangChain.
• Experience with vector databases, RAG, RPA technologies, relational and NoSQL databases, SQL, Git, Agile, CI/CD, cloud platforms, and Docker.
• Experience with AIOps model deployment, monitoring, and automated retraining using tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or Vertex AI.
